Click on the pictures to make them bigger. Both boys looked adorable, to bad their stubborn personalities clicked in a little. Neither one was thrilled to be sidelined for other players to play and then refused to go back in. Playmates were getting injured, bloody noses and Ethan and Owen would not be moved. It was stressful, but what can you do. We did convince each of them to go back in and play a little. Owen almost scored, but ended up in another game. Ethan decided spinning around was a good idea and ended up falling and "injuring" himself to the point he refused to go back in.
Luckily we heard from another mom that she actually had to go out and BE on the field during the first three games in the fall...so there is hope. Unfortunately there are only 8 players, 5 of which have to be on the field, so when two are refusing to play...you can imagine the fun we had!

Very cute pictures! I can't help but giggle at the boys refusing to go back in; I can only imagine how Jacob could be at that age! I am glad they got some time out there! At least you didn't have to stay on the field during the game...this time! LOL
