That is what Owen said today, clear as day when I went into the den and shut the door. He was looking for me and yelling for me! It was clear, M on the end and everything and purposeful! Prior to this I have been ma and mama, but more in a babble kind of way and sometimes not always directed at me. For us, this is huge!
He has been going to speech therapy for about two months. We just moved to a new lady and she is awesome! Today he went in by himself for an hour hoping to foster a better bond between them and he said, "Wa" for walk and said "Pop" for popping the bubbles and worked on "Pa" for pounding. He also added "Pat" recently from Little Einsteins.
Way to go Owen!!
