We are working on the true story of Christmas. He knows about baby Jesus and his mom, Mary. He has an interesting way of saying Joseph, but we are getting there. Today he came up to me with one of his Little People Nativity kings and told me he was bringing gifts to Jesus! Yeah!! Progress!
Every day after nap, Ethan has to turn on the Christmas tree and every night he gets to turn it off. He counts to three on both occasions and then flips the switch. At night time he tells all the ornaments goodnight. He thinks one of the ball ornaments is Mars and that the house in the tree is Santa's house.
He was thrilled the other night to wake from a nap and see our neighbors house lit up out his window with a reindeer on the lawn. You could hear him yelling about the reindeer all the way downstairs. Of course daddy decided to add a reindeer to our front lawn too and the reindeer gets blow kisses every night.
Owen, is Owen! Always very physical and climbing everything in sight! He is getting more daring with solid foods as he has added a sixth tooth. Last night he ate mac and cheese and chicken! Yeah Owen!
