FINALLY!

Well it took over 5 years, but it finally happened! I was able to get a picture of Ethan and Owen together with Santa, both looking at the camera and relatively happy with the prospect of maybe getting the gift that they want from Santa. Granted Santa looks a little worse for wear, I have to look on the upside of it all and mark it as a definite success in my book!

So far this is the only Santa that Ethan has scrunched up his face, looked off to the side, furrowed his eyebrows and questioned out the side of his mouth, "Is this a pretend Santa?" One day I will have to try and take a picture of him when he asks the question, because it is indeed priceless. It appears that any Santas with a fake beard this year seem to cause Ethan to question the legitamacy of the Santa. This hasn't stopped his belief in the big guy at all. Oh no, he realizes that Santa is too busy making toys and getting things organized in the North Pole to be everywhere at once. In the meantime they are counting down the days, removing rings from their advent garland and asking if by chance it is Christmas yet...
